Junior High and High School Specialty Class Programs
Designed to meet your dance and performance goals!

The following class groupings for Poms Prep, Dance Intensive, and Hip Hop Intensive are designed to help you achieve success at school tryouts for Poms and Dance Auditions. We recommend that you register for all classes listed in the grouping.

Please refer to the summer class schedule for days and times of classes. Classes for these programs scheduled for late afternoon/early evenings Monday thru Thursday

Poms Prep ( register as either 4 or 9 week class schedule)

  • Stretch and Strengthen
  • Jazz, modern, and lyrical dance training

Hip Hop Intensive (register as either 4 or 9 week class schedule)

  • Geared toward Jr High/High school aged dance auditions
  • HipHop Progressions
  • Stretch and Strengthen
  • Hip Hop choreography training

Total Body Strength and Conditioning - this class is geared toward giving cheer/pom athletes the competitive edge. Taught by a personal trainer with expertise in strength/conditioning for sports. Combine with Pom Technique to improve all aspects of try- outs and performance.
