SOUL2SOLE DANCE, INC. has added a great selection of fitness classes as the prefect compliment to our adult dance program.
Combining full body workouts based on the work and technique developed by Joesph Pilates strengthen your core, lengthens your muscles, improves coordination and balance, and promotes general health for all ages.

Adult Hip Hop – Be part of the fun of Hip Hop Dance. This class begins with a basic warm-up to stretch and tone the body, followed by a fun, energetic hip hop routine. Hip hop dancing promotes coordination and agility. Movements are taught to the latest sounds in Hip Hop.
Adult Latin/Salsa: Be introduced to the rhythm and timing of the music, as well as technique in leading and following. Learn basic footwork, dance positions and connections between partners. No dance experience is required.
