As a Deerfield native, Haley has been dancing for over 20 years growing up as a competitive dancer in both studio and high school team settings. At age 15, she joined The Piecemakers, a professional hip hop team in Chicago, serving as captain for 6 of her 10 seasons; helping lead the team to victories at competitions including World of Dance, Prelude, and Indy Open. Haley began teaching at just 13 years old and has over a decade of experience coaching and choreographing competitive teams, leading multiple groups to undefeated seasons and earning regional choreography awards.
While trained in all styles, she specializes in Hip Hop and Contemporary and also currently serves as founder and director of 3Cs Dance Family- a Chicago-based dance team focused on creativity, culture, and community. In addition to teaching dance, Haley works full-time as a School Social Worker, which deeply informs her approach in the studio. She is passionate about creating a space where students feel heard, empowered, and valued, and deeply believes that developing kind and confident humans is just as important as strong technique. These meaningful relationships aid in the inclusive, supportive and dedicated culture Haley aims to build within all of her teams and throughout the studio. She is truly overjoyed to join the Soul 2 Sole community and to continue building meaningful connections not only with her students but with their families in the future to come!
